Return of Eligible Products: If the product meets the return conditions (intact, unused, and in its original packaging), a refund will be issued after the product is received and verified within 3–7 business days.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery: The amount will be transferred to a bank account provided by the customer, or it can be exchanged for a store voucher.

Non-returnable products such as personal care items, diapers, and breastfeeding products.
