At Dima and Haleema, we understand that you may need to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed. That’s why we have a flexible policy to assist you.


🔄 1. Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. A full refund will be issued within 3–7 business days via the same payment method.

Order Cancellation After Shipping: In this case, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return of the product after receiving it, in accordance with our Return Policy.

📌 If you wish to modify your order (change size, color, or add products), please contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
