Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all its accessories (if any).

Non-returnable Categories: Some products cannot be returned for health reasons, such as:

  • Personal and health products (such as diapers and skincare products)

  • Products that have been used or have damaged packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover all shipping and exchange costs.
